With 17 years of experience, Rodrigo is a leading figure in comprehensive legal counsel for national and international companies. His expertise spans highly complex industries such as pharmaceuticals, hydrocarbons, logistics, and technology, specializing in strategic areas ranging from Mergers and Acquisitions to Intellectual Property, Regulatory Compliance, and Consumer Protection.

He holds a Law Degree from the Universidad del Valle de México and possesses a global perspective underpinned by a Master of Business Administration from the Complutense University of Madrid, as well as diplomas in International Business from Walden University and in Contracts from the Universidad Iberoamericana. This background allows him to combine legal rigor with keen business acumen.

As a pioneer in the LegalTech sector, Rodrigo integrates the use of Artificial Intelligence to optimize legal and tax processes. He has led the development of disruptive solutions for automated auditing and operational risk mitigation (such as tax risk detection and fraud prevention), transforming traditional consulting into agile, data-driven management. Currently, it acts as a strategic ally for the Startup ecosystem in Latin America, facilitating the expansion of companies in Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Uruguay.

Brazilian, entrepreneur, graduate in Human Resources from the Faculty of the Americas in Brazil and specialist in Talent Acquisition with competency packaging and courses in the areas of compliance and project management. 14 years of experience in national and international human resources. Experience in founding, development, integration of startups and compliance procedures in HR, has worked with companies in countries such as Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and Chile, focusing on sectors such as e-commerce, logistics, transportation and consulting.

Maria Fernanda Montoya Irizar

She holds a law degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She holds a Diploma in Business Law from the same university and has taken various courses, including Hydrocarbon and Renewable Energy Law, Intellectual Property, and Data Privacy.

She has more than six years of experience in national and international companies across diverse industries, including Renewable Energy, Hydrocarbons, Insurance, Property Recovery, and Private Security. She has collaborated primarily in specialized areas of law such as Anti-Money Laundering, Due Diligence review and implementation, and Labor Law. She has provided legal advice to startups in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, and Uruguay.

She has a solid track record in managing international financial technology operations, immigration processes, and cross-border regulatory compliance between Asia, Latin America, and North America.

Specializing in developing solutions for multidisciplinary projects requiring coordination among legal, technical, and business stakeholders, Meili stands out for her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and strengthen trade relations between China and Latin America. Her approach combines technical precision, cultural intelligence, and legal acumen, enabling her to successfully advise both multinational corporations and individual clients on highly complex commercial and compliance matters.
